Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo

Born on December 2, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actor and model well known for her roles on films and shows on TV. Brandt began her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was with the role of Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous shows over the last decade, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Brandt plays the role Mazikeen in the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town South Africa, however, she moved with her parents into Auckland New Zealand in late teenager years. Brandt began modeling in TV and print ads. Her work included sales as well as a consultant on the field of information technology. She then became famous for her work as a model. In 2009, she got her first acting role as Leilani for the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Her debut appearance on the big screen came in 2021 as she played the role of a slave girl Naevia in the Starz show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has also played the role of Naevia again in the prequel mini-series Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three separate TV shows that included Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful series Lucifer. This is her biggest role up to now. On the show, she is paired with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
